Kindly note that, in order to avoid any kind of unexpected obstacle to the delegates of WAPC meeting in Ýstanbul, Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs drew the attention to the fact that, some Airlines are not permitting the passanger to board their plane unless he/she provides a letter from the Turkish Ministry of Foreing Affairs to “TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN” broadly stating that,
“Ministry of Foreign Affairs is aware that (Mr./Ms……….) will take part at the WAPC meeting between 8.-10 July in Ýstanbul. His/Her entry visa to Turkey will be issued upon his/her arrival at the Ýstanbul Atatürk Airport or any other Airport in Turkey”
